- In order to keep our prices low, Clearance items are not eligible for a return. Refunds and returns policies are listed with each item sold on SimpleAddiction.com. If you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased that is eligible for a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of item delivery for Store Credit.
- You must email our Customer Service Staff to get a pre-authorization to return an item at email@example.com.
- If you return a product to us after the 7 days of receiving your product, your package will be marked "Return to Sender" and sent back to you. Simple Addiction is not responsible for your shipping charges for returns.
- If you received a product in error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it fixed right away for you.
- If you received an item damaged, please email email@example.com with pictures of the product.
- All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
